IT Specialist Power BI & Dataverse Solutions

Are you an IT professional with expertise in Power Query, Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Flow (Power Automate), and Dataverse solutions? Do you have experience managing and developing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)? If so, we want you to join our pharmaceutical team to optimize and enhance our laboratory data workflows!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to ensure seamless operation.
• Develop and enhance front-end solutions for various laboratory users, improving usability and data accessibility.
• Utilize Power Query and Excel to manipulate and clean laboratory datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Leverage Power BI to design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decision-making.
• Use Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) to automate workflows, notifications, and data transfers between systems.
• Work with Microsoft Dataverse to store, structure, and manage laboratory and business-critical data.
• Integrate LIMS with other enterprise applications, ensuring smooth data flow across the organization.
• Provide user support and training to lab personnel and stakeholders on IT tools and custom-built solutions.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) for data integrity and security.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate (Flow), and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, Power Pivot, VBA is a plus).
• Experience managing and customizing a LIMS system (preferred in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment).
• Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API integrations.
• Ability to develop front-end applications for user-friendly interaction with laboratory systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
