Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for an Accounts Executive responsible for managing the full set of accounts, preparing financial reports, and conducting GST submissions. This role requires a diploma in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary for communication with certain associates. The position offers a salary up to $4,500, with additional bonuses and benefits including medical coverage and annual leave.

- Handle full set of accounts for month end and year end closing.
- Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information.
- Assist in ad hoc reporting as needed.

Education
- Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets/GST) - Up to $4,500 + Bonus - Changi South
- Location : East - Changi South (Transport from Simei/Yishun/Admiralty/Woodlands)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.15pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent

- Prepare monthly accounts schedules
- Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
- Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
- Prepare management reports & Budget planning
- Handle quarterly GST submission & Tax and statutory audit compliance
- Assist in any ad hoc reporting as and when required
- Diploma in Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
