Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to support finance operations and prepare comprehensive financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in accounting and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks and offers a permanent position with a five-day work week. Competitive benefits and a positive work environment are provided.

Responsibilities
- Support Finance and Accounting teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in cash management and payment processing.

- Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB

- Support the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements in line with Singapore financial reporting standards.
- Prepare tax computations and handle filing of ECI and Form C/CS for clients.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for audits.
- Assist in cash management and payment processing using online banking platforms.
- Perform accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries and updating the general ledger.
- Contribute accounting knowledge and experience to support the company’s ongoing business growth.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Meticulous, organised and detail oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently and also collaborate well as a team player.
