Responsibilities

• Facilitate vendor payments, including verification of invoices and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Reconcile and record customer receipts.
• Maintain the cashbook and perform bank reconciliations.
• Verify processed transactions and reconcile system entries against balances.
• Handle customer invoicing and receipts.
• Manage accounts receivable and related functions.
• Record and maintain fixed asset registers.
• Support monthly account closing and HQ reporting, including forecasting.
• Prepare reconciliation reports as needed.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
