Roles & Responsibilities

The Account Manager is responsible for driving new business revenue, building strong client relationships and working closely with key functions such as Dealing, Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
  • Sourcing, prospecting & lead generating
  • Planning sales call, pitching and fixing appointment
  • Provide FX solutions to clients via sales presentation
  • Work with the compliance and dealer team
  • Post sales follow-up, repeat sales & upselling
  • Establish good relationship with the clients
  • Maintaining current market knowledge to keep abreast in the industry
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast
What are we looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working within a regulated financial institution is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of operating within a commercial sales environment
  • Ability to clearly articulate full understanding of end-to-end sales processes
  • Ability to demonstrate strong sales techniques (Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills)
  • Good knowledge of FX products is a plus
  • Excellent all-round communication skills, strong judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Results driven, self-motivated and takes initiative
