A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking a skilled manager to supervise Outlet Managers and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B/Hospitality sectors, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a number of Outlet Managers / Kitchen Managers.
  • Trouble‑shoot and overcome operational challenges at Outlet within a short period of time.
  • Work with Outlet In‑Charge to increase overall productivity and improve efficiency so as to meet and/or exceed monthly sales budget.
  • Responsible for ensuring food labour and other cost remains in line with budget.
  • Monitor service, food and beverage standards. Working closely with the Chef to take corrective action where necessary.
  • Conduct frequent and thorough inspections.
  • Provides training to the service team to ensure satisfaction customer service standard.
  • Build and maintain good working relationship with the clients.
Job Requirements
  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of experience in F&B / Hospitality
  • With in-depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and ability to apply principles
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget
  • Ability to form productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Working knowledge of workplace regulations, including award & agreement requirements
  • Ability to identify contract retention and new business opportunities
  • Computer proficient – ability to use IT systems to maintain efficient operations
  • Contract management experience
