A leading manpower agency in Singapore is looking for a Sales Supervisor to enhance customer relations and boost sales performance. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to implement effective marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include managing customer outlets, developing growth strategies, and generating sales reports. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on business performance.
Join our team as a Sales Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction. We are seeking an individual to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relations: Open new customer outlets and service existing ones for both new and recurring orders.
2. Sales Development: Develop and maximize sales with customers by building strong rapport and maintaining professional business relationships.
3. Product Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of products to customers, optimizing performance.
4. Payment Management: Remind and collect outstanding payments/bills when necessary.
5. Sales Performance Reporting: Generate general reports on sales performance within your portfolio, providing insights to the company.
6. Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake ad-hoc duties as per customer or management requests.
7. Growth Strategies: Develop growth strategies and business acquisition plans to increase the client base, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Market Analysis: Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with KPIs.
9. Marketing Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks that align with strategic goals.
10. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with brand owners.
11. Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients using company apps for seamless ordering.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales or a related field.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
· Results‑driven with a focus on achieving KPIs.
· Ability to identify trends and customer needs for strategic planning.
· Familiarity with marketing strategies and implementation.
· Proficient in using company apps for client onboarding and order processing.
