Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant for a 6-month to 1-year contract. The role includes maintaining billing systems, generating invoices, following up on payments, and account reconciliations. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Competitive salary range is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system.
  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Follow up on collect and applied payments.
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Attend to customer’s and salesman enquiries.
  • Any other tasks/projects assigned by immediate supervisor.
