The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through market research, cold calls and tendering.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and execution of catering events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Track sales performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely completeness of catering orders.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirement
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales role or similar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
