Join our team as a Sales Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction. We are seeking an individual to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relations: Open new customer outlets and service existing ones for both new and recurring orders.

2. Sales Development: Develop and maximize sales with customers by building strong rapport and maintaining professional business relationships.

3. Product Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of products to customers, optimizing performance.

4. Payment Management: Remind and collect outstanding payments/bills when necessary.

5. Sales Performance Reporting: Generate general reports on sales performance within your portfolio, providing insights to the company.

6. Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake ad-hoc duties as per customer or management requests.

7. Growth Strategies: Develop growth strategies and business acquisition plans to increase the client base, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

8. Market Analysis: Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with KPIs.

9. Marketing Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks that align with strategic goals.

10. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with brand owners.

11. Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients using company apps for seamless ordering.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales or a related field.
