The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in software solutions, and the ability to engage with HR decision-makers. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role. This position involves working independently to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in software (SaaS) or business services.
- Experience selling to HR decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demos to potential clients.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reporting.
