Job summary
A leading audiovisual company in Singapore is seeking an entry-level candidate for a monthly contract role commencing on 1st October 2025. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on registrations, managing RSVP lists, and answering event-related queries. - Conduct outbound calls to invite targeted contacts to the event.
- Follow up on email invitations and registration leads.
- Update and maintain RSVP lists and CRM records.
- Answer basic event-related queries or route them to the internal team.
- Provide weekly status updates and call feedback summaries.
