Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Domestic Helper Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment and matching process between employers in Singapore and domestic helpers. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural understanding, and organizational ability to ensure smooth placement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Sourcing
    Liaise with overseas partner agencies and training centers.
    Screen, interview, and shortlist domestic helpers based on employer requirements.
    Conduct pre-interview assessments (basic skills, communication, job preferences).
  2. Language & Cultural Support
    Act as an interpreter during interviews between helpers and employers.
    Ensure clear communication of job expectations and cultural norms.
    Translate documents or assist with helper orientation if needed.
  3. Client Matching
    Understand employer household needs (e.g., child care, elderly care, cooking).
    Recommend suitable helper profiles and arrange interview schedules.
    Maintain helper biodata and update status in the system.
  4. Administration & Compliance
    Assist in processing work permits, insurance, and documentation.
    Ensure helpers meet medical and training requirements.
    Follow up on placement outcomes and provide after-sales support.
  5. Training & Counseling
    Guide helpers on behavioral expectations and contract terms.
    Provide basic counseling when conflicts arise or if helper support is needed.

Requirements:

  • CEI required
  • Experience in helper/maid agency is an advantage

Remuneration & Incentives
  • Base Pay: Competitive monthly allowance (negotiable based on experience and performance)

    SGD $[X]–$[Y] per successful placement
