Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, compile and submit tender documents, and follow up on tender submissions;
  2. Assist in sourcing, reviewing and analysing tender opportunities to ensure compliance with requirements;
  3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. operations, finance, technical teams) to obtain required information for tenders;
  4. Support procurement activities including quotation requests, price comparisons, contract documentation and record keeping;
  5. Liaise with suppliers and provide administrative support related to procurement matters;
  6. Maintain proper records and documentation for tenders and procurement in accordance with company procedures.
Job Requirements
  1. Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification;
