Job summary

A well-established recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in thermal management solutions. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships and manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience are required. The position offers a competitive salary package and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Possess own vehicle.
  • A technical background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong existing client relationships.
  • Generate proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure deals.
  • Track sales metrics and report performance.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with solutions implementation.
  • Identify and engage enterprise data center clients.
  • Present and sell thermal management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

  • Well Established Company
  • Basic $5000 - $5500 + $800 Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong existing client relationships
  • Generate proposal, negotiate contract negotiation and secure deals
  • Track sales metrics and report performance
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with the implementation of solutions, addressing any issues quickly and proactively to maintain strong relationships
  • Identify and engage enterprise data center clients with high-density cooling needs
  • Present and sell thermal management solutions, services and related products to customer
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored proposals
  • Product and solution presentation to varies stakeholders
  • Sales Cycle Management. Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and updates
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is a plus
