Job Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute production strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives to support growth, innovation, and profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end food production operations, including processing activities, quality control, inventory management, procurement coordination, and manpower supervision.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient production workflows by optimizing resources, managing production schedules, and meeting output targets while maintaining quality and cost control.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditure, and implement cost-optimization measures without compromising product quality or operational standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and quality systems such as HACCP, GMP, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Plan and manage complex operational projects within tight timelines, including supplier tenders, contract management, budget control, and production planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff to build a capable, motivated, and high‑performing team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, culinary, procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure operational alignment and seamless execution.
  • Review production performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Conduct risk assessments across production processes and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to operations or product standards.
  • Support and enforce all food safety and quality assurance processes to ensure finished products meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting superior.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Culinary, Food Service Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in relevant field or in F&B background
  • Demonstrated experience in food production or processing management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge and experience with food production machinery and processing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of food processing operations, quality control systems, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. HACCP, GMP).
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to engage and motivate teams across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance systems and related software applications.
