Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage import console and direct shipments. You'll oversee permit teams, liaise with authorities, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have import operations experience and knowledge of customs procedures. This role requires strong management and organizational skills, along with a good command of languages.
Qualifications
- Experience in import operations process.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and CA control.
- Trucking arrangement experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage import console and direct shipments.
- Plan 24/7 staff roster.
- Liaise with control authorities.
- Ensure timely releases and compliance.
- Maintain operational KPIs.

- Overseeing Permit Declarant Team (outsourced to Tnet)
- Plan Schedule rooster staff of 24/7 a week
- Liaison with control authorities of various divisions
- Maintain KPI for all functional department process
- Import consol shipments are release on time and payments are collected including of storage, survey and other charges if applicable. · Import tasks of Tango registration, WFS process of documents storage.
- Agents buy permits are collected and expedited.
- Import permit declaration are in accordance to compliance(HS codes, incoterm and CA control)
- Attend to Singapore Customs for all Import permit issues of control items, product codes, 48 hour document requests and notice of discrepancies
- Event updates in Tango of ARR, NFD,TPN,HDP,TUR,CCD and etc on real time
- Good command of languages
- O level §
- Harmonize System code classification certified §
- Kaplan supervisory, management skills, trouble shooting and non-human resource on staffs.

- external system process.
