Job summary

A fintech company in Singapore is seeking a marketing assistant to develop strategies for derivatives and CFD products. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to raise awareness and engage users for uSMART’s derivatives and CFD products (including gold, silver, forex, and equities).
  • Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the product, sales, and compliance teams.
  • Help plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content channels.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and educational content for both retail and sophisticated investors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support partnerships with media, influencers, and financial content platforms to promote CFD offerings.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to strengthen relationships and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Assist in roadshows and branch activities, creating promotional materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Basic understanding of derivative products, especially CFDs, forex, and commodities trading.
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (to engage bilingual partners).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
