Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in capital markets, investment management, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership or C-level role within a regulated financial institution.
• Demonstrated familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Securities and Futures Act and MAS regulations.
• Oversee implementation of compliance framework and AML/CFT controls.
• Develop and execute company’s business strategy under CMS licence.
