Position Overview

As the Education Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Curriculum Specialist to coordinate and maintain all administrative aspects of our educational programs. Your role will ensure that programming, documentation, and compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for curriculum planning, documentation, and program evaluations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating educational resources, templates, and program files.
  • Coordinate professional development records, training attendance, and educator reflections.
  • Support the collection and organisation of evidence for curriculum reviews and quality assurance.
  • Track and report on programming compliance and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Specialist to standardise systems and ensure consistency in curriculum delivery.
