About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Operation Executive to support operations in either Catering Services or Logistics (Import & Export). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering excellent service to customers.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Operation Executive – Catering Service

• Coordinate daily catering operations, including food preparation timelines, delivery arrangements, and event setups.
• Liaise closely with kitchen staff, drivers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., NEA guidelines).
• Manage inventory of catering supplies, equipment, and packaging materials.
• Handle customer requests, event requirements, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support planning and execution of corporate events, banquets, and large‑scale functions.

🔹 Operation Executive – Logistics (Import & Export)

• Oversee daily logistics operations related to import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation (e.g., BL, invoices, packing lists, permit declarations).
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
• Manage stock movement, inventory updates, and system records accurately.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and company SOPs.
