Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist at PETA India
To promote animal rights through People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India’s websites and social media channels.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage various online marketing projects that promote PETA India's mission.
- Write and create animal rights-related blog posts, e-newsletters, email alerts, and social media content.
- Create visually appealing content for social media channels, website, and email campaigns.
- Implement marketing plans to increase website traffic and engagement with online petitions.
- Track and analyze web traffic and campaign success, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Assist with developing content for paid social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.
- Increase engagement on PETA India’s social media platforms by interacting with the public, media, influencers, and celebrities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- College degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferable).
- Experience in online marketing.
- Strong internet knowledge and skills in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing tools.
- Extensive knowledge of animal rights issues and PETA India campaigns.
- Creative aptitude and exceptional communication skills in English and preferably Hindi.
- Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Supportive of PETA India’s philosophy and able to advocate professionally.
- Committed to the organization’s objectives.
