The Role:
Conduct audits on employers to assess compliance with Skills Development Levy (SDL) regulations
Review of payroll and financial records to verify SDL contributions
Identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with SDL policies
Provide guidance to employers regarding their SDL obligations and resolve queries
Prepare audit reports, document findings, and suggest necessary improvements
Assist in refining enforcement strategies and audit procedures for better efficiency
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support SDL compliance initiatives
Stay updated on regulations related to SDL and provide insights for continuous improvements
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Prior experience in audit, compliance, or taxation is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and SDL requirements is a plus
