Location: Jalan Bukit Merah

Work Hours: 9am - 6pm

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring suitable talents (Ops & HQ) to support our company's goals and objectives. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be an internal Recruiter, hiring for our own portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  5. Manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates,
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, welfare benefits, internships and work support schemes.
  8. Participate in full-employee lifecycle including offering, onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, retention etc.
  9. All other HR tasks.
  10. Work well and check in with all Ops staff to build up PR, understand their concerns to resolve it.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  7. Must be a team player and assist colleagues.
  8. Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices
