Location: Singapore

Our client is a renowned hospitality group with a strong commitment to service excellence and a diverse portfolio across the region. They are seeking a passionate and results‑driven General Manager. This hospitality leader should possess extensive commercial experience within a luxury segment of an international hotel brand, to join their dynamic team in Singapore as General Manager.

As the General Manager, you will serve as the face of the brand and the property, leading with vision, integrity, and a guest‑centric mindset. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating a high‑performance culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your strategic leadership and commercial acumen will be key to achieving business objectives and positioning the property as a market leader in the luxury hospitality segment.

• Commercial Leadership
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall management of the property.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective financial planning and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal operational standards.
• Team Development
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top‑tier hospitality professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑engagement work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and the broader community.
• Service Excellence
  • Uphold and enhance service and product standards to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Champion the brand’s values and ensure alignment with brand standards across all departments.
  • Inspire a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
• Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role with extensive commercial experience within a luxury segment of an international hotel brand.
  • Background in luxury hotel commercial experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Track record of delivering strong commercial results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
