Job summary

A leading beauty clinic in Singapore is seeking a Managing Director to oversee operations, drive growth, and lead the team. The role involves managing the P&L, ensuring premium client experiences, and representing the brand effectively. Ideal candidates should have 8–10 years of experience in senior management, preferably in retail or wellness sectors, with strong leadership and commercial skills. The position requires fluency in English, and knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior management roles.
• Strong background in retail, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing P&L and multi-site operations.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the P&L for Singapore operations.
• Define and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all Singapore clinics.
• Lead, inspire, and structure local management and clinic teams.
• Drive revenue growth across treatments, packages, and products.
• Act as the brand ambassador of EstheClinic in Singapore.
