Job summary
A logistics services company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support the customer service team. Responsibilities include issuing Purchase Orders, creating invoices, and following up on customer inquiries. Applicants should be proficient in MS Excel and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires working on alternate half Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Familiar or eager to learn order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Email and MS Excel.
Responsibilities
- Issue and post Purchase Orders in system.
- Create and amend Invoices as required.
- Follow-up on Statements of Account.
Skills
You will support the customer service team and your job responsibilities inclusive but not limited to:
- Issue and post Purchase Orders (PO) in system
- Create and amend Invoices as required
- Follow-up the Statements of Account (SOA)
- Use correct item code and pricing when creating the order
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on order processing
- Answer customer's enquiries
- Attend and verify Return Order requests and issue credit note
- Any adhoc tasks assigned by superior
- Familiar or keen to learn order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Email and MS Excel.
- Able to work on alternate half day Saturday.
