Qualifications

• Minimum 15–20 years of senior leadership experience, including P&L ownership.
• Proven CEO/MD/GM experience in pharmaceuticals, TCM, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience managing a publicly listed company or equivalent governance environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the Group’s strategies aligned with Board objectives.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and capital efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end operations including GMP manufacturing and logistics.
• Champion TCM R&D and product pipeline development.
