General Manager

Responsibilities:

• 1. Bridge the technological gap between advanced products and customer needs.
• 2. Modify control software of the autonomous mobile robot “HOSPI” to customers' purposes.
• 3. Develop additional functions for management software of RMF for customers.
• 4. Apply the latest innovations to improve RMF performance.
• 5. Support the Sales Department in promotion PoC (Proof of Concept)of the autonomous mobile robot.
• 6. Integrate RMF into customers' environment with applying the designated local functions.

Requirements:

• 1. At least Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Robotics, Software Development, or related field.
• 2. Proficient in C/C++ and good in Python.
• 3. Experience of ROS2 development.
• 4. Business-level Japanese proficiency is required (JLPT N1 or equivalent), as the role involves regular communication with the Japan headquarters and translation of documents between Japanese and English.
• 5. Familiarity with Japanese corporate operations and business practices.
• 6. Prior experience in engaging with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
• 7. At least 5 years experiences in one or more of the following:
  • robotics or software development of autonomous mobile robots or AGVs.
  • software development of database software or system software using GitHub.
• 8. Able to understand robotics and robotics development.
• 9. Able to produce specification sheet of software or of software code.
• 10. Strong leadership skill. Experience in project management is a plus.
• 11. High Level Japanese communication skill.
• 12. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• 13. Self-driven, collaborative, and outcome-oriented team player.
