A reputable recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries through various channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a call center and possess excellent communication skills. Interested candidates may apply via email with their resume.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional customer service experience in a call centre is preferred.
Responsabilités
- Attend to customer's enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat professionally.
- Liaise with internal and external departments to resolve problems effectively.
Connaissances
- You will attend to customer's enquiries and appointment requests via phone calls, email correspondence and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- You will need to liaise with internal and external departments or escalation problems tactfully to facilitate the effective resolution of problems when necessary.
- At least 1 year of professional customer service experience in a call centre will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
