Job summary

A Singaporean HR consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR operations, provide strategic support to business leaders, and oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing employee journeys and implementing HR policies.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Experience with HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Join our team and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to drive smooth day‑to‑day HR operations. In this role, you will:
  • Provide business leaders with expert HR advice, guidance, and support on best practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with government regulations while optimizing internal processes.
