Qualifications

• Completion of the WSQ Introductory Student Care Course necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a school-based Student Care Centre.

As a Student Care Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and mentor the Student Care team, fostering a positive work culture and driving excellence in care for students and their families.

• Works closely with the Executive Director to implement and review strategic focus areas, including planning and leading regular team meetings

• Oversees end-to-end student enrolment, financial assistance applications, and related administrative matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Manages stakeholder reporting, audits, and submissions to governing bodies, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data

• Leads and supports student and parent management, addressing complex student needs, resolving parent grievances, and maintaining student well-being

• Ensures high standards of service quality across Student Care, fostering strong relationships with families, staff, and external partners

• Manages budgeting, resource allocation, and financial matters to ensure sustainable and effective use of funds and manpower

• Oversees programme delivery, volunteer coordination, facility use, and systems development to maintain operational efficiency and safety across services

Requirements:

• Minimum. Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services and Coaching) or others

• Completion of the WSQ Introductory Student Care Course

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a school-based Student Care Centre

• Experience working with children aged 7 to 14
