Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science or any chemistry related discipline.
• Or NITEC (or Higher NITEC) in Chemical Process Technology or related field.
• Preferably to have 1 year of prior experience.

Responsibilities

• To compound flavour trials according to recipes given by Flavourist and Lab Supervisor.
• To replenish raw materials in the Laboratory.
• To perform general housekeeping of the Laboratory.
• To support Application Lab trials compounding.
• Compounding outputs and inventories documentation.
