We are looking for an Operations Partner to oversee the non-technical business operations of our client's AI-powered recruiting platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in operations, recruitment, or HR tech, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth, international expansion, and strategic partnerships. This role calls for a hands-on operator who can execute data-driven initiatives, build scalable systems, and help shape the company’s go-to-market and talent strategy in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Data-Driven Operations
1) Own and drive core platform growth KPIs
2) Design and implement data acquisition strategies (tools, channels, campaigns)
3) Lead A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and retention initiatives
4) Build a scalable user acquisition and segmentation system
2. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
1) Build and grow supply-side recruitment partnerships, including job data sources and employer relationships
2) Develop and maintain BD pipelines with universities, headhunters, ATS vendors, SaaS providers, and recruitment platforms
3) Launch joint offerings such as the AI Copilot module for HR workflows
4) Expand the recruitment tech ecosystem through partnerships and co-marketing
3. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
1) Lead and scale the operations team across growth, BD, content, and customer success
2) Collaborate closely with product, AI, data, and engineering teams to drive execution
3) Define operational processes, organizational structure, and talent development roadmaps
4. Brand, Marketing & Fundraising Support
1) Craft early-stage brand positioning and go-to-market strategy
2) Plan high-impact initiatives such as industry events, partnerships, and PR moments
3) Support fundraising efforts through strategy decks, pitches, and external communications
Requirement
1) At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR tech, or headhunting, with leadership experience.
2) Deep understanding of the recruiting ecosystem (e.g., ATS, SaaS, staffing firms, corporate HR) and strong industry network.
3) Proven track record in leading growth or commercialization for a business unit, including team management and outcome deliver.
4) Hands-on experience with growth operations, channel optimization, data analysis, and partner management
5) Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to execute collaboratively with product, tech and content teams.
6) Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity, speed, and results-oriented environments.
