A leading technology company located in Singapore seeks a Lead Product Designer to oversee a new product initiative from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will possess strong design and project management skills, able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams. They will drive design excellence and ensure a cohesive user experience across various design domains. Experience in B2B or consumer-facing platforms, along with a background at companies known for their visual standards, is preferred.
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to take full ownership of a new product initiative, managing the complete 0-to-1 design lifecycle. This person will be responsible for shaping the design vision, structuring and organizing the design workflow, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring theproduct from concept to launch.
This designer will operate as a solo designer in the early stages of the project. Therefore, they must be multidisciplinary—capable of balancing strong product design expertise with strategic thinking, light project management, and a hands‑on approach across different design domains (brand, marketing, UX research, and visual communication).
This role requires a designer who can represent the design discipline at a project level, maintaining a high bar for visual quality and user experience, while effectively communicating with PMs, engineers, and executives. The ideal candidate is confident yet humble, understanding that while they’ll lead the design workstream, they remain part of a broader organizational design culture.
