You have hands‑on experience building and updating product listings, managing catalog data, and supporting marketplace operations. You take ownership of your work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and are comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
You enjoy problem-solving, working with spreadsheets, improving product detail pages, monitoring catalog health, and supporting advertising and inventory workflows. You are dependable, proactive, and looking for a long‑term opportunity to grow within an established and rapidly expanding ecommerce team.
We are hiring a remote Ecommerce Specialist to support our Amazon and Shopify businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating product listings, managing catalog accuracy, preparing inventory and replenishment reports, coordinating content updates and photoshoots, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations.
You will collaborate closely with our U.S. Ecommerce Manager, Photography, Product Development, Marketing, and Graphic Design teams to ensure that listings are built correctly, content follows brand guidelines, and catalog data remains clean and consistent. You will monitor listing quality, help troubleshoot issues in Seller Central and Shopify, support FBA replenishment workflows, and assist in maintaining advertising campaigns using established processes and templates.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing ecommerce department.
Salary: SGD $36,000 – $58,000 / year
