Key Responsibilitie:
- Plan and implement group-Level quality strategy.
- Formulate and execute group-wide quality management strategies, positioning quality as a core competitive advantage to maintain our leading edge in global markets.
- QA and QC system development and oversight. Design and optimize the quality assurance and inspection system, implement global standards and ensure all business units deliver top-tier quality performance through consistent processes.
- Data-driven continuous improvement and problem solving. Lead cross-site and cross-brand improvement projects using data analytics to identify root causes swiftly and propose effective solutions, enhancing both yield and operational efficiency.
- Cross-department and cross-brand strategic collaboration. Work closely with R&D, production, supply chain, and brand teams to translate professional insights into product competitiveness, accelerate new product introductions, and ensure consistent quality performance.
- Quality audits and compliance. Plan and lead internal and external audits to ensure all global manufacturing sites and products fully comply with international standards, customer requirements, and sustainability criteria.
- Team leadership and talent management. Lead and develop a professional QA/QC team, build a culture of excellence, strengthen both technical and managerial capacity, and cultivate a world-class and competitive quality team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, well-versed in QA/QC systems, audit, risk management, and a solid understanding of international quality standards.
- Excellent in data analysis, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement quality improvement plans.
- Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills in a multinational environment.
- Willing to travel.
