Our client are a global creative experiential marketing agency that work with fantastic brands of creative projects. They are looking for a creative strategist in their Singapore office to cover APAC projects. The role will act as a bridge between the client services and delivery teams; breathing life into client briefs to create unforgettable experiences that drive brand and audience growth.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the client services team on how best to deliver on creative briefs given by their exciting and diverse clients
- Partner closely with creative, production, and account teams to bring social and strategic recommendations to life.
- Identify meaningful KPIs and build measurement frameworks that clearly define what success looks like for each initiative.
- Dive into audience behaviour, brand positioning, and social trends to uncover insights that guide strategic direction.
- Shape and manage multi-channel social content calendars, planning posts ahead of time and ensuring platform consistency.
- Turn project briefs into inspiring creative briefs that highlight sharp insights and compelling springboards for ideation.
- Present strategic thinking and creative briefs to project teams with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain strategic oversight throughout concept development and execution, protecting the integrity of the creative idea.
- Map out engaging audience journeys in collaboration with creative leads, ensuring ideas align with broader experience goals.
- Maintain a cohesive social media approach across channels designed to increase engagement and brand relevance.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a strategy, planning, or insights-driven role within an agency, consultancy, or in-house team. Ideally on experiential, marketing or event based projects with a creative element.
- Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and the ability to clearly articulate thinking that addresses client challenges.
- Confident using a variety of research techniques to uncover unexpected insights that spark creative thinking.
- Adept at interpreting historical campaign performance to inform objectives, improvements, and future strategy.
- A holistic view of integrated communications, including live experiences, digital platforms, and experiential activations.
- Highly attuned to emerging cultural, business, consumer, and industry trends.
- A natural storyteller with a genuine curiosity about people and creativity.
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Deep familiarity with social channels and strong understanding of platform best practices.
