The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of Junior Art Director.

Responsibilities

1. Create and implement novel, inventive, and tactically effective innovative ideas across the entire spectrum of graphic communication platforms.
2. Offer creative direction, visual design and structure for BTL, social media and ATL from photography, video productions, animation, and static.
3. Offer creative solutions that effectively satisfy communication goals and are in accordance with customers' business purpose, standards, and message; we do analysis and think creatively about their needs.
4. Create the tone for creative marketing across several media.
5. Create and implement creative concepts in collaboration with copywriters and other design-based creatives.
6. Collaborate with project managers to decipher the creative brief, offer ideas, and ensure that project deadlines are reached.
7. Engage throughout the full production process to guarantee that the end product is of high quality.

Requirements

1. At least more than 3 years of experience in Art direction in advertising agency.
2. Experience in doing design and print work.
3. Strong understanding and prior experience developing integrated content across numerous marketing platforms.
4. Able to use ideas to turn into communications solutions.
5. Ability to solve problems.

Additional Information

1. Job Type: Full time, Permanent.
2. Salary range: $3200 - $3800.
