A fast-growing French bakery brand in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and strengthen brand presence. This role involves identifying new B2B clients, managing sales cycles, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and has solid sales and marketing experience, particularly within the F&B industry. Competitive salary offered.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to help with the growth of Le Petit Croissant in Singapore and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate combines sales and marketing experience in international environments, and the ability to build a long-lasting network within professional communities.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing our sales and strengthening our brand presence through marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Founder and Operations team.
Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients (corporate offices, event planners, hospitality groups, schools, embassies, coworking spaces, etc.).
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitches, proposals, follow-ups, closing.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
Attend networking events (including Rotary Club, French Chamber of Commerce) to grow awareness and build new partnerships.
Track sales performance and provide monthly reporting and insights.
Establish strategic partnerships with F&B, lifestyle, and corporate players aligned with the brand.
Coordinate collaborations for seasonal launches, gifting programs, and promotional activities.
Represent Le Petit Croissant at trade shows, events, and marketing activations.
Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Instagram & TikTok, google ads, newsletters).
Provide input on website updates.
Analyse the impact of campaigns and propose improvements.
Work with operations on delivery logistics for large orders, events, and activations.
Ensure excellent customer service standards pre and post-sale.
Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
Exposure to Asia (study, work, or long-term stay).
Strong understanding of F&B hospitality (experience in bakery is a plus).
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO basics).
French: Native or fluent (mandatory)
English: Fluent
Chinese is a plus but not required.
Energetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
Comfortable representing the brand in professional settings.
Adaptability and a positive attitude.
