This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional finance and the unique aspects of the crypto market, along with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and networking skills.
Your role as a Managing Director in our Advisory team will include:
- Leading the team in origination, structuring and execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions
- Making strategic decisions through regulating partnerships, acquisitions, and resource allocation
- Defining and implementing the company's strategic direction and long-term vision
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and partners
- Originate new business and investment opportunities
- Identify sector trends and position the Client’s business development activity and team composition to proactively capture these opportunities
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with market volatility and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements specific to the crypto industry
- Oversee client coverage and process management including strategic analysis, due diligence and business / thematic research
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness
- Actively participate in industry discussions and ecosystem, including representing the Company on panels, conferences, and events
