Qualifications

  • Experience handling Letter of Credit (LC) / Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC).

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable, revenues, and sales-related operations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and corporate policies.
  • Assist in financial audit preparation.

Skills

Strong knowledge in IFRS

Bilingual in English and Chinese

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable, revenues, and other sales‑related financial operations.
  • Ensure accounting and closing activities are completed on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, internal controls and corporate policies.
  • Assist in financial audit preparation.
  • Prepare information required by tax agent and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage trade financing.
  • Work closely with the commercial teams to aid business growth and define good processes.
  • Maintain lease registry and ensure correct lease accounting.
  • Cover the global team in trade and non‑trade payments as required.
  • Assists in ad hoc system implementations as required.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in commodities or oil industries.
  • Strong knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and Singapore accounting standards, Singapore taxation, internal control.
  • Experience in handling Letter of Credit (LC) / Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player, collaborative, organised, driven individual with good attention to details, resourceful, and tenacity to follow through.
  • Bilingual English, and Chinese at least fair.
