- Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
- Lead and guide a team of design coordinators and architects in managing architectural aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and supervision of construction drawing production, including shop drawing submissions for approval.
- Act as the primary architectural liaison between consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design drawings and details.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards, codes of practice, and company protocols.
- Provide technical support to the site team, resolving design discrepancies and coordination issues with structural, M&E, and interior works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet design requirements.
- Assist senior management in preparing reports, managing documentation, and representing the team in coordination meetings.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor firm.
- At least Degree in Architecture.
- Familiar with local submission and authority processes.
