We’re on the lookout for a charismatic, forward-thinking Assistant Bar Manager ready to shake up the scene (and a few cocktails along the way). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward setting and is eager to help lead a talented team of bartenders in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing all aspects of bar operations, from planning to execution.
• Lead the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of signature cocktails and seasonal menus.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and liaise with suppliers to ensure optimal supply and cost control.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the bar team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in all bar areas.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, teamwork, and team motivation skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a high-volume setting.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Knowledge of bar management systems and inventory software is a plus.
• WSET or equivalent beverage certification is advantageous.
