A logistics and staffing firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for Logistics Executive and Admin / Customer Service Officer roles. Candidates should have relevant experience in logistics and customer service, with a diploma or degree in a related field. A detail-oriented and customer-focused attitude is essential. The positions offer good career progression and involve overseeing shipping operations, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.

Freight Forwarding / Manufacturing / Automotive
Oversee daily shipping operations, including import, export, and transshipment activities
Coordinate freight bookings, customs clearance, and preparation of shipping documents (Invoice, BL, COO, permits, etc.)
Track and ensure timely shipment deliveries, liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and factories
Monitor and update inventory movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Manage billing, verify freight costs, support cost control, and coordinate with finance and vendors
Maintain shipment reports and handle general administrative support for the shipping team
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations
Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery arrangements.
Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
