About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized K-Beauty Admin Executive to support our team in managing key retail accounts, including Guardian, Watsons, Sasa, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Offline Channel Management:


  • Support the channel lead on offline channels like Guardian, Watsons, Sasa, and other key accounts, driving sales growth and profitability.

  • Support offline activation events, including preparation of collaterals and event planning.

  • Manage merchandiser schedules and ensure effective in-store execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, sales) to deliver effective in-store activations and promotions.


Administrative Support:


  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities for a productive work environment.

  • Handle basic HR tasks, including onboarding and attendance tracking.

  • Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Liaise across warehouse/office where required.

  • Check warehouse procedures and compliance as required.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 1 year of general experience.

  • Strong communication skills for both external customer engagement and internal team coordination.

  • Proficiency in Excel.

  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
