Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and order scheduling.
• Ensure safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Review, prepare, and route purchase orders in SAP.
• Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.
• Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• Contribute to 3rd party performance management reviews.
• Validate and process invoices for suppliers.
• Perform goods receipt for charges.
• Prepare monthly closing report.
