Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an operations coordinator to support efficient operations with suppliers, customers, and logistics. The ideal candidate will manage Tradenet permit declarations, track orders, and ensure inventory accuracy, while also organizing customer storage licenses per NEA guidelines. Responsibilities include raising Purchase Orders and monitoring customer forecasts. This role contributes to the smooth operations of supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage Tradenet permit declarations for all import and export shipments.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure punctual delivery and maintain inventory accuracy as instructed by management.
• Organize and maintain customer DG storage/usage licenses in accordance with NEA guidelines.
• Raise and activate Purchase Orders (POs) according to customer needs and warehouse stock levels.
• Monitor customer forecasts and usage patterns, providing regular consumption reports to selected clients.
• Carry out other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company.
