About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audit Assistant Manager to lead and manage external audit engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a critical role in supervising audit teams, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and delivering high-quality audit outcomes to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Supervise and review the work of junior and senior auditors
  • Review consolidated financial statements, including elimination entries and group adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs)
  • Liaise with clients to address audit issues and ensure timely delivery of audit work
  • Review audit reports and draft financial statements
  • Mentor and train junior staff, providing guidance and feedback
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing standards
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required during audit cycles
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  2. Preferably a member of a recognised professional body (e.g., ISCA, ACCA, CPA)
  3. 3–5 years of relevant external audit experience
