Qualifications

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• ClientConsultation & Communication: Provide legal advice on variousproperty transactions, such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, andtitle transfers.
• DraftingLegal Documents: Prepare and review legal documents, includingcontracts, sale and purchase agreements, and other paperwork related toproperty transactions.
• DueDiligence & Research: Conduct property title searches and duediligence on land records and related documentation. Review titles andassess risks to identify any potential legal concerns.
• TransactionManagement: Oversee the entire conveyancing process, from initialinstructions to completion and settlement.
• Negotiation: Facilitatesettlements and resolve disputes related to property transactions whennecessary.
• FileManagement & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords for all property transactions, including legal documents,correspondence, and financial details.
• ProfessionalDevelopment: Stay informed on changes in property law andregulations to offer clients the most up-to-date legal advice.

Requirements:

• MinBachelor's Degree in Legal Practice from an approved university on SILE
• Calledto the Bar or have passed the Bar Exams
• Priorexperience as a Practising Conveyancing Lawyer is a bonus but not a must
• Team-playerand strong judgement in exercising professional law advice to clients
• Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail.
